The more we use the software the more we like it, You really should use us as a referral when you have a customer who is on the fence with which software to use. If we have a conversation with them we wouldn’t mind showing them a tutorial of ours which is a true data base rather than one that is made up for demo purposes and that may be more understandable for a full service type business.

Just worked a little today with the new tab and it’s great, we have come so far and just keeps getting better, one thing I did notice is if it’s the start of a new job and we have nothing on the job the equipment tab is not active, so you have to start it the old way of going through each tab I also notice that in the search mode when going back to the main screen it retains the last input which I like because it does not go back to a complete start of all the jobs coming up.
As I’m sure you are fully aware, you have an exceptional employee on your hands. Dawn’s calm, patient manner is a great help to me when I find myself sometimes frustrated and befuddled about how the system works. Her knowledge of the system and her problem-solving abilities are simply outstanding. I also truly appreciate how she is continually seeking ways to improve the system for the customer’s benefit. Dawn’s recent informational webinar about the upcoming improvements to RM is a case in point.

I sat in on the sales and marketing webinar this week and was fortunate to be the only customer in the meeting. Dawn Bryant was my instructor. Dawn did a great job. She followed the webinar script but made sure that she answered all of my questions along the way. Dawn was our original trainer and has been a great help to us over the last 12 months as we’ve slowly implemented Restoration Manager. Her teaching and training style is perfect for new users. “I met Dan Long at a trade show in Las Vegas, NV. I was in a very in depth search for a software solution for my inspection and mold remediation business. After looking at the capabilities of Restoration Manager and seeing how it would fit in and apply to our business I discovered that it had much of what I was looking for and a few things that needed to be added in the reporting and estimating report side of the program.
